In recognition of the current circumstances and following the guidance of # Stay home, we inform you that we are committed to supporting you in these changing times, and that we will continue to continue to respond to your queries and to support your work by default through all available channels. We follow the situation closely and assess the situation on a weekly basis so that we are always ready to return (in accordance with the guidance of the authorities concerned) and provide every means to ensure your safety. This is a list of actions that we have adopted:
At Diom, we focus on supporting the work team and taking care of their health, safety and stability. Therefore, we have directed our employees to work remotely until further notice, and we will continue to support our team until the crisis is over.
Since the beginning of the crisis, we have taken proactive action within areas and regions early. We have issued instructions to all members on hygiene methods recommended by the World Health Organization (WHO) with the provision of sterilizers within spaces (including common spaces and meeting rooms). We have also cancelled all activities and gatherings of more than 10 people. With the increasing severity of the pandemic globally, we have taken stricter measures by reducing the number of entry points for spaces, implementing policies on the distance between members, and limiting a maximum of 4 people at each meeting, while increasing awareness of hygiene methods and wiping surfaces continuously.
As for the current situation, we would like to inform you that we have decided to close the spaces until further notice. We are very keen on your safety and health and will take whatever it takes without compromise to make sure of that.
If you're a member of our community, don't worry. We have decided to freeze all current memberships until further notice, and upon our return we will add 30 free days for all members in addition to the remainder of your current membership. We are committed to supporting members of our community and will work with you to schedule all liabilities to ease your workload. Your success is our success.
