مر عام منذ ان احتفلنا باليوم الوطني في المملكة العربية السعودية. وفي نفس اليوم من العام الماضي، اضطر الجميع لإعادة التفكير بأعمالهم وكيف يقومون بها بسبب الضبابية العالية وعدم الوضوح سواء كان فدراً أو منظمة وكيف يمكنهم التغلب على تحديات الوباء وإيجاد فرص جديدة.
وبالرغم من صعوبة الظروف في جميع أنحاء العالم، فإن الإنجازات التي حققتها مملكتنا الحبيبة خلال العام الماضي تمنحنا الكثير من الفخر والأمل في المستقبل، حيث يضرب المثل في استجابتنا للوباء وتم تصنيفها ضمن أفضل 3 استجابات على مستوى العالم. وليس ذلك فحسب، فقد قمنا بتحقيق الكثير للوصول لأهداف 2030 بداية من المشاريع الضخمة مثل نيوم والبحر الأحمر وروشن وصولاً للبرامج والمبادرات الملهمة مثل السعودية الخضراء وبرنامج تنمية القدرات البشرية والقائمة تطول. شكراً لمملكتنا الحبيبة #هي_لنا_دار
فخورون أيضا بما حققه فريق ديوم في العامين الماضيين من نمو في قاعدة العملاء وخلق الحلول المناسبة لهم. إن نمو ونضوج السوق المحلي وازدياد الطلب على حلول مختلفة لمساحات العمل خصوصا في النصف الثاني من هذه السنة مؤشر ايجابي جدا ليس فقط لديوم والشركات الأخرى في هذا القطاع، بل للاقتصاد السعودي بشكل عام.
إننا متحمسون جداً للعودة بهوية جديدة وحلول ذات قيمة مضافة لعملائنا تمكنهم من توفير أفضل بيئة عمل ممكنة بما يلائم احتياجاتهم المختلفة. نحن بصدد افتتاح ٣ مساحات عمل مشتركة جديدة في الشهر القادم في مواقع رئيسية في مدينة الرياض مع الاستمرار في خدمة عملائنا من الشركات من خلال مكاتبنا المجهزة والبناء المخصص وأيضاً التصميم والتنفيذ.
نتطلع لاستمرار العمل مع عملائنا وكافة شركائنا والجهات الحكومية الداعمة لبناء سوق صحي وقوي وتوفير البيئة الملائمة للنهوض باقتصاد مملكتنا وتحقيق أهداف رؤية ٢٠٣٠.
A year has passed since we last celebrated our national day in Saudi. In the same day of last year, uncertainty levels were so high that no one, individual, or organization, wasn’t forced to rethink what they do, or how they do it. How they can overcome the challenges presented by the pandemic or, on the other side, find new opportunities.
As tough as it has been all over the globe, the accomplishments our beloved Kingdom has achieved during this past year gives us so much pride and hope for the future. The response to the pandemic in itself is exemplary, being ranked in the top 3 best responses globally. But that’s merely scratching the surface. So much has been done to march forward to achieve the goals of Vision 2030. From mega projects like Neom, Red Sea, Roshan, to inspiring programs and initiatives like the Green Saudi, Human Capability Development Program, and the list goes on. THANK YOU MY BELOVED COUNTRY! We are also proud of what the Deum team has achieved in the past two years of growing the customer base and creating the right solutions for them. The growth and maturity of the local market and the increased demand for different solutions for workspaces, especially in the second half of this year, is a very positive indicator not only for Daym and other companies in this sector, but for the Saudi economy in general.
We are very excited to return with a new identity and value-added solutions to our clients that enable them to provide the best possible work environment to suit their different needs. We are in the process of opening 3 new co-working spaces in prime locations in Riyadh, while also continuing to serve our corporate clients through our fully services corporate offices, built-to-suit solutions, and Design and Build services. We look forward to continuing to work with our customers, all our partners, and supporting government agencies to build a healthy and strong market and provide the appropriate environment to advance the economy of our Kingdom and achieve the goals of Vision 2030.
